size: Total Site Area 216 m2
         The premise is located in commercial based area in Chatswood central city. The premise located in
         Level 2, one of commercial spaces in the floor.There in this premise are 2 entrances within rectangular
         shape.

Context & Setting:
This proposal development is not much impacting on adjacent properties. Previously, office 2.5, Level 2, 443 Victoria Ave. Chatswood was empted in Zoning 5 Area. This is located in second floor then it doesn’t influence to sunlight access, visual and acoustic privacy and edge conditions such as boundary treatments and fencing.

Economic impact in the locality
Size of proposal development is huge than any similar businesses. There are 4 skin care rooms, 1 laser clinic room, make-up room and seminar & meeting rooms. The development expects to contribute in the local employment. There will be required many employees to handle and support this proposal business. This is important function of economical impact to the locality.
There are not many similar businesses who are experts in skin treatment, consulting and coaching around the proposed building. This may motivate and create more future skin treatment businesses.

Business proposal
The proposed development is for women’s care retail facility in Chatswood Centre. The proposal activities will be specialized facial massage, laser clinic, semi-permanent make up, skin care & treatment, expertise consulting and in-house training for the staff.

Internal proposal
There are manager’s room, staff room, clinic room, skincare rooms, in-house training and meeting room for the group clients meeting and presentation.
Reception and coffee area will help customer information and having a rest. There will be storage in the proposal however every room has individual shelving furniture. Existing male and female toilets are located between 2 entrances and each toilet has 2 closets and 2 hand basins. Additionally, Simple form of office kitchen is next to toilet as well.

All spaces are divided plasterboard with steel frames. After plastering it will be paint-finished with selected colours. Wet area should be laid with tile on floor and splash-back. The other rooms like office facilities, in-house training & meeting room and corridor will be done with pre-finished timber floor. Waiting and reception area is designed with expert interior designers to create better performance and retail reputation to customer.
All specialized equipments are approved for quality control in order to be handled by women staffs. Each equipment like laser clinic machine and shower booths have been used in main branch, Sharon’s Dolce Vita in Burwood, All staffs get used to control the machines and there were no problems during 4-5 years business in Burwood branch.
